Accommodations

Timberlock’s buildings are linked only by footpaths. Upon arrival, staff tote in your baggage and cars are parked at a central spot that’s easily accessible. All have comfortable, hotel-style firm beds, freshly made with adequate blankets.

CABINS wITH BaTHS

Our cabins are nestled along a half-mile stretch of Indian Lake’s pristine shoreline. Cabins are basic, but comfortable. All have a lake view and plenty of distance between for privacy. Large cabins can accommodate up to seven. Small cabins are suitable for two or three. Both have separate bedrooms, full bath with either tub-shower or stall shower, sitting room, screened porch, and excellent beds.

CABINS wITHoUT BaTHS

Cabins without baths are located only steps away from the water’s edge. Occupants share “trail johns” which are nearby and complete with toilet, sink and hot shower. These cabins have either two twin or double beds and small covered porches.

NO ELECTRICITY

It’s true. None of our guest cabins have electricity and, although it may sound impossible, it is often said to be our strongest plus. Propane lights give a warm cheery light suitable for reading. Propane also fires the hot water heater. A wood stove takes the chill out of cooler mountain nights. There is so much to do that no one complains about the absence of TV.
