We frequently host family reunions during the earlier weeks in our season. The relaxed atmosphere, the mountain environment and the wide variety of activities available, provide the perfect setting for a family gathering. Each family has their own private cabin but gathers together for dining and activities. One of the cabins will be large enough for all family get togethers and a separate dining table for your group can be provided.

A wonderful time of year in the Adirondacks and a great time for groups. The tinge of color is just beginning, nights are cool and the smell of woodsmoke is in the air. The days can be just delightful with the lake still warm enough for swimming and canoeing. Hiking is at it’s best with fewer people on the trails and views of the changing forest. Loons are often seen congregating on the larger lakes before migration. Other animals are more visible as they collect food in preparation for winter. All accommodations are in cabins with bath. Picnic lunches packed daily.
I want to thank each of you for making my week at Timberlock special. Interesting and enriching conversations, laughter, bike rides, walks, hikes, just getting to know you and your children… It all makes for an amazing week for me and my family on so many different levels
