Fall is a wonderful time of year in the Adirondacks and a great time for groups. The tinge of color is just beginning, nights are cool and the smell of wood smoke is in the air. The days can be just delightful with the lake still warm enough for swimming and canoeing. Hiking is at its best with fewer people on the trails and views of the changing forest. Loons are often seen congregating on the larger lakes before migration. Other animals are more visible as they collect food in preparation for winter. All accommodations are in cabins with bath. Picnic lunches packed daily.
We are open every day from September 16 – 26. Each week is book-ended by themed weekends of which you can, but are not obligated, to participate.
September 17 – 19 “Tall Tales & Fall Foods”
September 21 – 23 “Painting Workshop”

It’s kinda weird ’cause I like TV, but Timberlock is my favorite place to go but it has no TV.
