Handcrafted, Wood-Fired Maple Syrup from Lincoln, Vermont
Small-Batch Vermont Maple Products
Sweet Rock Farm produces some of the finest Vermont pure maple syrup using a combination of old fashioned and modern methods that have been passed down for generations. Located in the heart of Lincoln, Vermont, our family-run sugaring operation creates 100% pure Vermont maple syrup in small batches, using a traditional wood-fired evaporator for a rich, bold flavor.
Our maple syrup is made from sap collected right here on our property. We take pride in producing Vermont pure maple syrup with no additives—just nature, patience, and firewood. Every bottle is a reflection of Vermont’s natural beauty and timeless tradition.
Whether you’re stocking up for weekend breakfasts or looking for a meaningful gift, our Vermont maple products are a sweet reminder of the Green Mountain State.
Vermont Maple Products Made the Traditional Way
What makes our Vermont maple products some of the best around? It’s our process.
We boil all of our sap in a traditional wood-fired evaporator—an energy-intensive yet rewarding technique that yields a deep, complex flavor not found in mass-produced syrups. This process, combined with the unique terrain, elevation and climate of our Lincoln, Vermont sugarbush, results in a truly distinctive product.
Sweet Rock Farm syrup is available in a variety of grades and sizes, and is perfect for:
- Pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal
- Marinades, glazes, and dressings
- Baking, cocktails, and coffee

From the Adirondacks to Lincoln, Vermont—A Family Tradition
Owned by the Catlin family—also known for operating Timberlock, a historic lakeside resort in the Adirondacks—Sweet Rock Farm carries on a deep-rooted passion for nature, hospitality, and quality.
During Vermont’s sugaring season (typically late February through early April), Bruce and Holly Catlin lead the charge and, along with the Cobb family, cut and stack many cords of firewood, tap trees, boil sap, and bottle delicious local syrup along with the help from family and friends. It’s a time of community, long days and nights, and the unmistakable sweet scent of maple steam evaporating from the sugarhouse.
