VOYAGEURS TEEN ADVENTURE PROGRAM
Our own teen adventure program for ages 12 to 16. We offer two week sessions, small groups of eight campers, two leaders, an excellent facility, great food and a fun filled program. When in camp the Voyageurs live in a lakeside cabin with one of their co-leaders. The program includes a variety of in-camp activities plus an extended hiking or canoeing trip. The small size offers flexibility in scheduling and attention to all levels of ability. The program emphasizes the development of self-confidence through the challenge of outdoor skills, group cooperation through problem solving and an increased awareness of the natural environment.

The Trekkers trip:
The Trekkers trip is for older, experienced campers and features an extended canoe or backpack trip. In the past, we have organized trips to Algonquin Provincial Park in Canada, hikes through the Adirondack Park, as well as the Green Mountains of Vermont and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.Deposit is $150 per person.
10% discount for more than one family member.

Every morning we were awakened to the sounds of Devin yelling, “Time to get up”. We grabbed our towels and plunged into the lake. After getting dressed, we would sit on logs in front of the lake and talk until the breakfast bell. This was the best time to get to know people and make new friends. Finally, my two weeks at Timberlock came to an end. As I packed my bags, I thought about all the fun I had and all the friends I had made. I already couldn’t wait to come back!
