We serve three delicious meals a day in our historic open air covered dining porch with sweeping views of the lake. If the weather turns inclement, we can drop the clear curtains and turn on ceiling mounted space heaters if necessary. Meals are hearty, plentiful, varied and healthy and include traditional meat dishes, vegetarian options, and plenty of fresh salads, fruits and vegetables and of course dessert. Whenever possible, we include fresh ingredients grown on-site in our gardens. Most special diets can be accommodated with advance notice. Our dining is informal and children sit at the same table with their parents. Picnic lunches are packed upon request for trail, boat or car at no additional charge.

A typical day at Timberlock

Breakfast:
Coffee/tea
Blueberry pancakes with our own Sweet Rock Farm Vermont maple syrup
Sausage or bacon
Hot Irish oatmeal
Yogurt
Assorted fresh fruit
Homemade granola

Lunch:
Grilled turkey and cheese with cranberry mustard*
Fresh kale salad
Homemade tomato soup
Fresh lemonade/sun tea
Assorted vegetables with hummus dip
Fresh fruit
Homemade chocolate chip cookies

Dinner:
Roasted salmon with fresh mango salsa and basmati rice*
Spinach salad with maple balsamic dressing
Homemade cornbread
Make your own ice cream sundaes

We had a wonderful week with everyone! We love the chance to meet and spend time with other families in such a beautiful and relaxed setting. Weather permitting, each Wednesday we serve a barbeque style picnic lunch outside at the water’s edge which our guests enjoy.
